What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a process of talking through the attitudes and beliefs that guide the decisions and choices we make. We make decisions everyday that impact the thoughts and feelings we harbor about ourselves, our family members, our intimate partners, other people and the world in general.

By talking about these things, psychotherapy helps  people improve their understanding about what they are going through in ways that help them grow stronger emotionally, mentally and often spiritually. 

Research is also telling us that changing our attitudes and beliefs, in positive ways, often effects us physically too!
